📢 Important Notice: Grade Entry & Grade Confirmation Period

Dear Students, 

Your grades will be released over your personal Instar.

Please take note of the following important academic schedule:

📝 Grade Entry Period

June 17 (Wed) – June 30 (Tue)

During this period, professors will enter final grades into the system.

✅ Grade Confirmation Period

July 2 (Thu) – July 7 (Tue)

This is the period for students to review their final grades.

If you have any questions or concerns about a grade, you must contact your professor directly during the Grade Confirmation Period. 

This is the only opportunity to discuss possible grading errors or request clarification before grades are finalized. 

After this period ends, grade changes may no longer be possible.

🏆 Grade Ranking & Scholarship Results

August 7th (Thu)

Grade rankings will be released on this date. Students should also be able to check whether they have been awarded a scholarship for the next semester based on their academic performance.

Please make sure to review your grades carefully and contact your professor promptly if you have any concerns.
