Luggage Storage Guidelines

1. Eligibility

Only students who are scheduled to move into the dormitory for the Fall 2026 semester are eligible to use the luggage storage service.

2. Storage Limit

• Maximum of 3 boxes per student.
• Items that are not packed in boxes or do not have contact information attached will not be accepted for storage.

3. Labeling Requirements

After packing your belongings, please clearly write your name on each box.

4. Storage Record

Students must complete the luggage storage logbook available at the storage location when depositing their belongings.

5. Storage Locations

Star Tower Dormitory

• 4th Floor Seminar Room

Starville Dormitory

• Storage room located on the pathway leading from the Starville Women's Dormitory to the cafeteria.

6. Storage Period

• Storage available from June 19 to September 4, 2026.
• Any items not collected by September 7, 2026, may be disposed of.

7. Collection Schedule

• Stored items may be collected on August 29–30, 2026, when the seminar room and storage room will be open.
• Students wishing to retrieve their belongings outside of these dates must visit the Dormitory Administration Office for assistance.

8. Storage Fee

• Free of charge

9. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be stored:

• Food and perishable items
• Flammable or fire-hazardous materials
• Any other items deemed dangerous by dormitory staff

10. Liability

The dormitory is not responsible for any loss or damage to stored belongings.
