Jeonju University 2026 Spring Semester Tuition Payment Notice


This notice explains how and when international students must pay tuition for the 2026 Spring Semester.

 Please read carefully and follow the  deadlines .


Tuition Invoice

Available from:  February 13, 2026

Download from: University Website (instar) → Registration Management

Tuition must be paid within the official payment periods only

 Lump-Sum Tuition Payment (Pay All at Once)

Payment Round Period:   Feb 20 – Feb 27, 2026

Time:   09:00–16:00


Important:

  • Tuition must be paid at least 10 days before the semester begins
  • Payment is possible only using the initial tuition invoice
  • Late payment may result in registration cancellation
  • Tuition payment is required to maintain enrollment and visa status


Students are eligible for the Installment Payment Plan

Currently enrolled international students (Undergraduate & Graduate)

Students returning from their first semester (freshmen in their first semester are  not eligible)


Application Period

Feb 13 – Feb 18, 2026 (09:00–16:00)

Installment Payment Schedule Time Period

1st Payment   due date

Feb 20 – Feb 27, 2026 

(9am-4pm)


2nd Payment   due date

March 10 – March 12, 2026 

(9am-4pm)


3rd Payment   due date

April 7 – April 9, 2026

(9am-4pm)


4th Payment   due date

May 6 – May 8, 2026

(9am-4pm)


Important:

Tuition payment is required to maintain  enrollment and  visa status

Payments are accepted   only   during official payment periods

If the 1st installment is  not paid, the installment plan is automatically canceled

Missing any later installment will also cancel the plan.


Tip

 If unsure how to pay, print your payment bill and bring it with you into   Woori Bank  (on campus)

Request them to assist you with making the payment (during the due date payment period)
